I’m Simona and I love hiking. I grew up in the relatively flat countryside of beautiful Lithuania so mountains were not in my DNA. That changed irreversibly when an Italian friend took me to the mountains close to Bergamo (thanks, Alex!). That’s when I madly fell in love with mountains and hiking. Since then I spend most of my free time walking, be it the dunes of the Netherlands or the rugged Alps.

In this blog, I want to share the beauty and energy of hiking with you and inspire you to spend (more) time outdoors.
